The Vertical Market Leader Italy will drive sales and business development efforts in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. This role requires expertise in managing customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions for HVAC & Refrigeration market.

Objectives:

• Generate an increase of Order Intake & Sales
• Maximize profitability and achieve cross-selling
• Develop a sustainable & profitable business into HVAC&Refrigeration vertical market
• Develop Service business within existing HVAC&Refrigeration sites

Responsibilities:

• Develop connections within already identified relevant accounts with HVAC&Refrigeration market
• Customer acquisition and care; maintain existing customer base; identify and win new customers
• Position Kelvion products at early project stage
• Develop specifications together with consultants
• Technical and commercial negotiations
• Preparation of calculations and quotes including follow-up and contract closures
• Identify existing local service contractors acting in the region and cooperate with them
• Join Italy HVAC&Refr. association and be an active role
• Plan and visit clients and events
• Prepare the necessary market analyses
• Prepare sales documentation (presentations, etc.)
• Coordinate customer complaints with inside sales
• Lead a team
• Supporting data center business
• Direct budget responsibility for Sales / order entry HVAC&Refrigeration for Italy

Requisiti: A successful Vertical Market Leader Italy should have: Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree or commercial experience Knowledge of thermodynamics, thermal and fluid mechanics Reporting knowledge Managerial competence Competence in commercial negotiation Commercial competence (direct and indirect), marketing, management and commercial law Several years of experience in HVAC & Refrigeration Industrial sales experience Business Development experience
