Core Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

As an Italian Customer Support Specialist, you will act as a frontline brand ambassador, ensuring our Italian-speaking clients receive exceptional assistance. Your day-to-day duties will revolve around:

• Multichannel Client Engagement: Responding to user inquiries across incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat with professionalism, speed, and care.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Methodically diagnosing technical issues or account-related inquiries, guiding customers step-by-step toward complete resolutions.
• CRM Logging & Documentation: Maintaining clear, precise records of customer communications, feedback, and open issue tickets within our central CRM database.
• Product Expertise: Staying up to date on software releases, diagnostic tools, and internal guidelines to offer accurate and reliable support at all times.
• Performance Metric Alignment: Meeting or exceeding your assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) while preserving our high standards of service quality.

Candidate Qualifications & RequirementsLanguage Proficiency

• Italian: Excellent, fluent mastery across both spoken and written communication.
• English: Professional working command (B2 level or higher) to communicate effectively with internal leadership and international team members.

Compensation Packages & Accommodation Choices

We offer two customized compensation structures so you can select the living framework that best aligns with your preferences:

• Package Option A (Self-Managed Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you choose to find, rent, and fund your own apartment in Lisbon.
• Package Option B (Company-Provided Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 paired with dedicated corporate accommodation.
