An opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Agent to join the summer season 2026 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Welcome and assist guests by providing personalized information, recommendations, and support for reservations, transportation, and local attractions, ensuring prompt and professional service.
Efficiently handle guest requests, ensuring their needs are fully met and contributing to an exceptional overall guest experience.
Stay informed on local events, dining options, cultural activities, and partner services to deliver tailored and memorable experiences.
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and a smooth guest journey.
Follow daily operational procedures and uphold brand service standards at the concierge desk.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, seeking timely resolutions and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain the organization of the concierge desk and support the management of necessary supplies and materials.
Contribute to the collection of guest feedback and participate in continuous improvement initiatives with the team.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, acting as an ambassador for the hotel in every guest interaction.
