Our client, a leading international import/export company in the food sector, has commissioned us to search for a:

Logistics Clerk with ENGLISH - Import Export - Food Sector

Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€

responsabilita'

The Logistics Clerk, reporting to the Commercial Manager and interfacing with central warehouses and customers, will be responsible for:

• defining the most efficient and economical routes for vehicles (from Northern Europe to Italy)
• organizing and planning trips (from Northern Europe to Italy)
• composing truck loads
• managing and entering orders
• dealing with customers and suppliers
• constant collaboration with the internal sales area
• managing documentation (including customs clearance)
• monitoring the entire shipping lifecycle, from collection to delivery of goods
• managing emergencies, delays, and problems that occur during transport

qualifiche

We aim to get in touch with candidates who possess the following requirements:

• fluent knowledge of the English language
• previous experience in the role within companies in the food sector
• aptitude for problem-solving
• excellent interpersonal skills
• flexibility

Knowledge of Spanish as a second language is a preferential qualification.

We offer: direct employment with the company; salary (RAL) and classification will be commensurate with the candidate's actual experience.

Working hours: full time (Mon to Fri + 2 Saturdays per month) + on-call availability required.
