For the Milan office of a primary Private Equity Fund, we are looking for an Investment Analyst to join the italian team.

The resource will assist senior team members throughout the entire investment lifecycle and portfolio management. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the deal flow database
• Initial screening of investment opportunities
• Conducting market and competitive research
• Drafting financial analysis and modelling
• Contributing to investment committee materials
• Supporting senior team members in Due Diligence and deal execution activities
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of existing portfolio companies
• Managing documentation workflows and contributing to internal administrative and investor relations activities

Requisiti: Key skills and eligibility criteria include: Previous 1 year experience (ideally in Private Equity, Transaction Services or M&A Advisory) Strong academic background from a leading business school or engineering university with focus on Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or Economics Excellent numerical and analytical skills coupled with attention to detail Being flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word Outstanding written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and English
