Executive assistant

• Provide comprehensive support to the Executive, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimizing daily processes;
• Manage the business agenda, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and events;
• Organize and book travel arrangements and subsequent expense handling, ensuring efficient and seamless travel experiences;
• Receive, filter, and relay telephone messages and communications from internal and external sources, prioritizing urgent matters;
• Gather and organize information for conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the Manager;
• Prepare, edit, proofread, and format documents, including press releases, meeting, minutes, and other executive paperwork;
• Perform data entry and manage both paper and electronic filing systems, ensuring information is well-organized and easily accessible;
• Handle confidential business information with the utmost discretion, maintaining strict privacy protocols.

Fondamentali/Must have

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives;
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and digital filing systems;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information;
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment;
