Work from Home in Greece | Remote Training | Salary + Bonus

The Offer
  • €1,045 gross/month × 14 salaries per year

  • €250 monthly performance bonus

  • 15-day fully paid distance training

  • €150 gross upon training completion with the second cycle of payments (one-time payment)

  • Work from home in Greece with all necessary equipment provided (including router)

  • Flexible work schedule: Monday-Sunday, 10:00-21:00 (rotating shifts)

  • Night shift premium: +25% per hour

  • Sundays & public holidays: +75% per hour

  • Relocation bonus: €150 gross after 4 months of cooperation with us starting from your hiring date (one time payment)

Relocation Support - Two Options
  • All expenses covered: Flight + Hotel stay + Real estate agency fee

  • Alternative package: €250 relocation allowance + Real estate agency fee covered
    (Perfect if you're traveling by car or have your own arrangements)

    • Deliver exceptional customer support and product advice via phone

    • Promote suitable solutions or upgrades based on customers' needs and preferences

    • Engage in consultative selling, turning support calls into sales opportunities

    • Use internal tools and product knowledge to guide and assist users

    • Salary increase: Αfter the completion of 12 Months of cooperation starting from your hiring date, a salary increase of 1100.00€ (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)

    • After the completion of 3 years of employment, the gross salary increases to 1150.00€. (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)

    Equipment & Connectivity Support
    • Company-provided PC with multiple screens

    • Mobile internet router supplied during onboarding (ideal if you are temporarily in a hotel or without a fixed connection)
