What You'll Do

· Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms
· Support full-funnel performance strategy (awareness conversion)
· Manage budgets and track KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR)
· Continuously test audiences, creatives, messaging & formats
· Work closely with content and design teams for high-performing creatives
· Deliver clear performance insights and optimization recommendations

What We're Looking For

· Hands-on experience running live paid campaigns (even small budgets)
· Strong analytical mindset with performance focus
· Understanding of ad dashboards, tracking, and reporting logic
· Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setup
· Interest in education, e-learning, or service-based growth models (plus)
