A leading international fashion group is seeking a Senior Controller to support its Finance & Controlling function during a key phase of operational consolidation. The role ensures accurate financial reporting and performance analysis across monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting, stock control, and process improvement, working closely with the CFO to strengthen internal procedures and reporting systems

The Controller will be part of the Controlling Department, within the Finance dept. of the Italian company of the Group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. He/She will be responsible of the following activities:

• Monthly pre-closing and closing activities, managing the existing reporting model
• Sales reporting & analysis
• P&L Reporting by BU (Sales, Gross Margins, Opex, Capex) and variance analysis
• Managing the budget and forecast processes
• Stock accounting management and control
• Improving reporting systems and outputs
• Ensure the timely uploading of the financial data into the group's consolidation software
• Activities related to the annual/quarterly financial statements
• Support CFO, to redefine and implement internal process and procedures

Requisiti: Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent education, with 5-7 years of experience in controlling roles, ideally within multinational fashion or consumer‑goods environments Strong analytical mindset with solid experience in data analysis, forecasting methodologies, and business intelligence tools; advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Office Proven ability to manage monthly closing, budgeting, and reporting processes with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact effectively at different organizational levels Highly organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment; proactive and intellectually curious approach Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of Stealth ERP is considered a plus
