As a Senior Security Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and validating security architectures and technologies for satellite navigation, space systems, and governmental services. You will work within Security Engineering Team, contributing to cutting-edge European programs and high-assurance environments.

* Design and implement security architectures, security protocols, and cryptographic mechanisms for space and GNSS

systems.

* Perform risk assessments, security analysis, and threat modelling for mission‑critical systems.

* Lead security engineering initiatives across infrastructure, applications, and embedded systems.

* Provide technical expertise on network, platform, and application security, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

* Develop and maintain security software, including multi‑threaded and distributed systems.

* Collaborate with internal engineering teams (software, RF, GNSS, embedded) to integrate secure design principles into all

phases of development.* Requirements Management Systems.

* Development environments for C++, Rust (and C#).QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Cybersecurity / Computer Engineering

* Master's Degree in Computer Science/ Cybersecurity / Computer Engineering

Requisiti: * 5+ years of experience in security engineering or secure software/system development* Professional experience in design & develop l of multi-threading software systems.* Knowledge in applied cryptography (even if academic).* Security protocols (IAM, authentication/authorization).* Secure software development, threat modelling, secure coding.* Linux/Windows security.* System, network and cloud security.* Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Linguaggi di programmazione* [r] Rust or C++.General Info* Location Cassola (VI)* Full-smart working impossible (40% Smart working su base mensile)* Attendance part-time possible* Travel required (same need as other colleagues)
