The Quality Plant Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all production processes adhere to established quality standards within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Based near to Avellino, this position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills to maintain and improve quality systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor the correct application of internal processes and procedures
  • Maintain and update QMS documentation (e.g., Quality Manual, procedures, quality plans)
  • Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of reports
  • Collect and analyze quality data; contribute to reporting and management reviews
  • Track quality KPIs and highlight deviations
  • Support the management of non-conformities and corrective actions
  • Assist in supplier qualification, evaluation, and audits
  • Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring instruments
  • Collaborate with technical teams on process improvements and product sampling
  • Contribute to statistical analysis related to quality performance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Requisiti: A successful Quality Plant Officer should have: A background in engineering or manufacturing, with a focus on quality processes. Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant industry standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and an ability to work methodically. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers. Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience Previous experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing/industrial environment Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems Understanding of production processes and quality control techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good organizational and communication abilities Team-oriented mindset with cross-functional collaboration skills Familiarity with basic statistical tools (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office and general IT tools English level: at least B2
