CONTRACT: Permanent, full‑time, hybrid

COMPENSATION: €70.000 - €100.000 gross per year, negotiable based on experience

The Role

The Quality Business Partner will act as the bridge between strategy and delivery within the Consulting Quality business unit, helping to grow the commercial pipeline, leading consulting projects and ensuring top‑notch service quality for Life Sciences clients.

Your Responsibilities

• You will help define and roll out the strategic plan for the Consulting Quality unit
• You will identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue and margin growth
• You will build and maintain trusted client relationships, positioning yourself as a strategic consulting partner
• You will lead and coordinate consulting projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
• You will analyse clients' processes, spot improvement areas and propose tailored solutions
• You will gather and interpret requirements through interviews, workshops and document reviews
• You will present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
• You will support clients during implementation, facilitating execution and issue resolution
• You will promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team

You Might Be the Right Fit If:

• You have 8-10 years of experience in Life Sciences, preferably in consulting firms, CROs or technical environments
• You have held client‑facing roles and have a proven track record in business development
• You can manage complex projects and engage senior stakeholders effectively
• You have experience coordinating teams or project resources
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific/technical field
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
• You bring strong expertise in pharmacovigilance, quality, and clinical trials, combined with hands-on experience in QMS design and implementation, GxP compliance (including auditing), CSV, data integrity, and regulatory inspections, as well as a deep understanding of the relevant regulatory frameworks
• You demonstrate solid analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
• You thrive in dynamic settings, juggling multiple priorities
• You are proactive, results‑oriented and have an entrepreneurial mindset
