We are looking for an Office Manager ed Executive Assistant with long experience in Financial Services (banks, funds Sgr).
Provide comprehensive administrative skills to the Managing Partner, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
Management of people: Receptionist and Team Assistant
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for the Managing Partner.
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive working environment.
Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors to maintain smooth operations.
Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including team meetings and client presentations.
Prepare and review documents, reports, and correspondence for accuracy and completeness.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Assistance ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the Management team.
Requisiti: A successful Office Manager and Executive Assistant should have:
Proven experience in Office Managemnt and/or executive Assistant roles within the Financial Services industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a busy office environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
Ability to handle private information with discretion and professionalism.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively.
