Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Native or fluent Italian (C1 level or higher).
English proficiency at B2 level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
