Job Overview
We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers with logistics and delivery-related inquiries. The position is on-site in Piraeus, Athens, Greece, providing the opportunity to work in a dynamic international support environment.

You will communicate with customers across multiple channels and help resolve service requests while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and digital channels.

  • Help customers track shipments and obtain delivery updates.

  • Address billing questions and support payment-related inquiries.

  • Process customer claims and service requests.

  • Provide guidance on service features and account management.

  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Italian (C1 level or higher).

  • English proficiency at B2 level.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
