Randstad aerospace is looking for an Account Payable Specialist for a leading company in the aeronautical sector

We offer a fixed-term contract 12 months with the possibility of hiring

Ral 30-35K

This role has primary responsibility for supporting accounting and analysis related to Account Payable process

Retribuzione annua: 28000€ - 34000€

responsabilità

• Booking of External Supplier Invoices with or without purchase order.

   

• Reconciliation and Clearing Goods Receipts not invoiced items
• Collaborate with External Provider on Account Payable process
• Support and facilitate communication between External Provider and Business functions
• Phone and emails contact with External Supplier
• Cooperation with External and Internal Auditors

qualifiche

• Degree in Economics or related field
• Prior experience in Account Payable or general accounting
• Knowledge of accounting rules and financial processes
• Good communication skills and analytical skills:
• Advance computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Fluency in Italian and English
