The Head of Legal will oversee and manage all legal matters within the company, ensuring compliance and providing strategic legal advice. This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in the Life Science industry, seeking a leadership position in Milan.

We are seeking an Head of Legal who will lead the Legal function and act as a strategic business partner at both operational and advisory levels.

Key responsabilities:

• Lead and develop the Legal team, ensuring prioritization, quality and timely execution
• Provide legal guidance to business functions, with a strong focus on risk management and compliance
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts and third-party agreements
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring effectiveness and compliance with internal policies
• Manage relationships with external legal advisors, optimizing costs and performance
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments, ensuring proper implementation across the organization
• Ensure compliance with privacy/GDPR requirements and protection of intellectual property assets
• Support the management of complex legal matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the enhancement of legal processes, procedures and governance frameworks

Requisiti: Law Degree At least 5 years of experience on legal issues management in a company and/or in a law firm Fluent in English Planning and organizational skills Leadership and people management skills Result-oriented Team working oriented Proficient in MS Office Suite
