We're hiring on behalf of our global technology and services client, supporting internationally recognized brands in over 70 countries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing on-site team in Barcelona within the fashion industry sector.
Your RoleAs a Technical Support Advisor, you will:
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate resolutions
Educate customers on product updates and best practices
Manage support tickets and documentation
Collaborate internally on escalations and complex cases
Proficient or bilingual in German
Advanced level of English
Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
Ability to work in a structured, customer-focused environment
Permanent contract (39 hours/week)
Monday-Friday schedule (09:00-18:00)
€20,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 bonus
