Crown Holdings is seeking recent graduates in Mechanical or Management Engineering interested in starting a structured professional program in the manufacturing sector, aimed at becoming Shift Managers.

The Future Leader Programme is a three-year initiative designed to unlock the potential of motivated recent graduates, offering them a comprehensive and progressive experience within an international, dynamic, and innovation-driven production environment.

The journey begins with an operational period directly on the production line, enabling participants to gain hands-on knowledge of industrial processes and dynamics. This experience is essential to develop a conscious leadership style, well-prepared to manage people, equipment, and continuous improvement.

Programme Structure

• Duration: 3 years
• Internal rotations across different production areas of the plant
• Professional growth towards the role of Shift Leader/Manager
• Training approach based on the 70-20-10 model: 70% on the job learning; 20% mentoring and coaching; 10% structured training
   

Key Responsabilities

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the candidate will be involved in:

• Supervising production lines, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Analyzing plant performance and proposing improvement solutions
• Collaborating with the technical office to optimize product and processes
• Supporting the management and development of operational staff

Requisiti: Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering Interest in the metalworking sector and production processes Proactivity, goal orientation, leadership, and problem-solving skills Good command of Italian and English Previous brief experience in the industrial field and/or a technical diploma will be considered a plus
