Freelance remote recruiter

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcing Specialist will identify and engage qualified candidates or vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end procurement or recruitment process. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners or candidates, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet talent or procurement needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and evaluate data
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Experience in Recruiting and talent acquisition processes
• Knowledge of Procurement and supply chain management practices
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sourcing, business, or a related field
• Familiarity with industry tools and platforms is a plus
