As a Corporate Relationship Manager, you will be the primary contact for corporate clients, driving business development and managing strategic relationships. You'll work closely with a small, entrepreneurial team in Milan and collaborate with international colleagues across the group to deliver customized banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the corporate client portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored financial solutions.
• Manage credit processes: financial analysis, pricing simulations, term sheets, documentation, and annual reviews.
• Ensure compliance through KYC/AML checks and transaction monitoring.
• Support clients with payments, cash management, and bank guarantees.
• Actively participate in networking and business development initiatives.

Requisiti: What We're Looking For: Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields. 10-15 years of experience in corporate banking or financial services. Strong knowledge of credit products and client onboarding processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel across Italy and internationally. Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, and results orientation.
