• Location: POP - Porto Office Park, Porto

• Contract Type: Permanent

• Salary: Base salary of €1000 (x14 months)

• Meal Allowance: €7.63 (net/day)

• Relocation Package: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rentand all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)

• Schedules: Rotative shifts (24/7) with 2 days off

• Review and moderate online videos, content, and complaints to ensure adherence to copyright and community guidelines.

• Update, audit, and manage content for a leading social media platform.

• Strictly follow accuracy guidelines to maintain platform integrity.

• Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all processes.

• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2)

• Strong PC navigation and computer skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.

• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualities:

• Previous experience in customer service or content moderation (6 months to 1 year).

• Associate degree in a related field.

• Tolerance for repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality output.
