Receptionist / concierge

We are seeking a warm, versatile individual to join our intimate team at our boutique property in Polignano a Mare. In this hybrid role combining reception, guest relations, and concierge tasks, you'll be at the heart of ensuring every guest feels like a cherished friend. You'll greet guests, assist with local recommendations, help with nightly turndown service, and occasionally pitch in with common area upkeep and tidying up, all with a personal touch. We want someone who's excited to immerse themselves in Polignano, passionate about hospitality, and ready to create a homey, cozy atmosphere.
