As part of a global organization, the company is investing in strategic transformation initiatives and is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional projects, support strategy execution, and facilitate organizational change within a dynamic international environment.

Strategic Execution Starts with You

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Drive selected cross-functional transformation projects that support the execution of the Diagnostics strategy.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans, milestones, deliverables, and clear governance.
- Prepare decision material, progress updates, and recommendations that help leaders make timely and informed decisions.
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder dialogues to create alignment and drive progress.
- Support change management efforts related to strategic initiatives, new ways of working, and organizational transformation.

Requisiti: Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or master's degree in international business, finance, engineering, or a related field. Several years of experience in a global organization, managing cross-functional projects. Strong project management skills, experience in strategy execution, and a practical understanding of transformation and change management. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership and large audiences. Structured thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Experience in change management and working in matrixed environments. Collaborative, inclusive approach with organizational awareness. Ability to structure projects, processes, and ways of working that support strategic execution and implemented change. A skilled facilitator with an inclusive and collaborative mindset. High level of organizational awareness and experienced in building business acumen.
