Pricing accountant

Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for a Pricing Accountant.

Work site: Pomezia and hybrid work

Contractual duration: 6 moths

Retribuzione annua: 28000€ - 34000€

responsabilità

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales order Management: analyze commercial strategy proposals and ensure accurate implementation into Sales Force Automation backend to facilitate efficient order taking and invoice accuracy.
• Support Sales team in resolving order-related issues connected to condition settlements.
• Accrual and Reserve Management. define and update accruals for discounts, volume rebates, listing fees and promotional contributions, ensuring accurate finance and period accounting.
• Support sales team during negotiation of annual agreements by providing financial analytics on sales and trade
• promotion investments.
• Coordinate activities related to the pricing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates to ensure compliance of on/off investments accounting process Month end Cycle, Reporting and Analysis
• Manage month end activities cycle to ensure timely and accurate financial closing.

qualifiche

Essential knowledge and skills:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 2-3 years of work experience
• Fluent English
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Sales Force Order Management software (e.g. M.I.T.) and Trade Promotion Management software (e.g. Xtell or similar).
