Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to RM 5,500

Job Description
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking HR Help Desk Executive to support employees by handling HR-related inquiries and providing accurate, timely assistance. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requests in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English
• Provide support on HR policies, employee records, payroll, and benefits
• Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to the relevant HR teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions
• Ensure service quality and response time meet company standards
• Support administrative HR tasks when required
Requirements
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
• Willing to work on-site in Penang
