We are seeking a Finance & HR Manager to lead the administrative, accounting, controlling, and HR activities of the Italian branch. The role oversees Finance, Controlling and Office teams, ensuring accurate reporting to headquarters, compliance, and effective financial governance. He/She will also direct all HR processes, including recruitment, compensation, development, and employee relations
The candidate will be part of the Finance Departmenet and will have the folowing responsabilities:
Finance and Controlling Topics
- Support/supervise and coordinate any kind of accounting and controlling tasks such as:
- Book-keeping: Customers - Suppliers - Banks - General Accounting
- Payment of salaries, taxes, social contributions and suppliers
- Analysis of costs - revenues and related margins
- Capital expenditures
- Cost accounting and pricing
- Project controlling + WIP accruals
- Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of Monthly Financial Reporting and Quarterly Forecasts to Headquarters.
- Ensure Comapny financing and manage monthly Cash Flow.
- Statutory Accounts: oversee the annual closing in accordance with Italian legislation.
- Tax Compliance: prepare and coordinate all tax matters, including VAT and other taxes, in cooperation with external tax consultants.
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Finance and Controlling team (5 employees) and the Office Assistant team (3 employees).
- Responsible for customization and improvement of the SAP ERP system for the Finance and Controlling streams.
- Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders such as lawyers, tax consultants, statutory auditors, and headhunters.
- Define and fine‑tune general policies, aligning them with HQ when applicable.
- Maintain and update owers of attorney in alignment with the Group's Delegation of Authority (DoA).
HR Topics:
- Support all departments in the recruitment process, in accordance with HQ requirements and regulations.
- Lead the compensation and benefits review process, supporting the Managing Director, and ensuring compliance with HQ regulations and Italian labor law.
- Review, revise, and prepare Company's personnel contracts and agreements.
- Maintain training and career development files and implement retention policies.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with high schools and universities.
- Promote employee benefit initiatives (insurance, company cars, special events, etc.).

Requisiti: Economics - finance degree or similar education
At least 7/10 years' experience in similar business
Knowledge of IAS and Italian fiscal and labor laws is mandatory
Business-fluent in English, both spoken and written, at a contractual level
Proven working experience as Finance Controller and HR Manager
Ability to work in complex organizations with both direct and matrix managers, as well as direct reports
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise in difficult situations
