Job Opportunity: Customer Experience (CX) Specialist

Company: Worldwide Insurance Partner

Location: Milan (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Contract: 1-year fixed-term

Join a global team to improve customer satisfaction across 30+ markets. You will use data and AI tools to track customer feedback (NPS), create clear reports for senior management, and work with local teams worldwide to put customers first.

Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage daily operations for global customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Data & Insights: Analyze customer feedback trends using data and AI tools.
• Reporting: Create simple, high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders.
• Platform Support: Help manage the Medallia feedback platform and work with suppliers.
• Innovation: Help launch new digital feedback tools and AI best practices.
• Collaboration: Coordinate and connect with the global CX team across different countries.

qualifiche

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Marketing.
• Experience: At least one prior job or internship (ideally in marketing, CX, customer care, or analytics).
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English.
• Tech Skills: Good with Data Visualization tools (like Power BI), PowerPoint, and AI/Gen-AI tools.
• Soft Skills: Great organizational skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive team player.

Nice to Have

• Experience with customer feedback platforms (like Medallia or Qualtrics).
• Background in market research or customer satisfaction programs.
• Experience in the insurance or financial sectors.
