Our client is a multinational company
-Production, development and update (in collaboration with Medical Advisors) of standardized responses to requests, collected by local Medical Affairs Departments from HCPs.
-Preparation and review of promotional materials for internal use to be supplied to the Field Force.
-Support, from medical point of view, the production of documentation that has to be provided outside the company.
-Preparation of ad hoc written communication works (scientific papers), as required by external and internal customers.
-Assist in quality monitoring of inquiry handling, ensure identification and reporting of potential adverse events and product complaints.
-Provide medical input for marketing strategies, product key messages, development of educational and promotional materials, development and implementation on national satellite symposia/workshop/scientific meeting.
-Thoroughly and accurately document cases in medical information database (Medicalia), consistent with operational procedures.
-Support the medical information during medical/scientific congresses.
-Coordinate all Medical Information activities of Affiliates.
-Management of key internal and external information sources and databases.
-Provide guidance and advice to all local staff from med info perspective.
-Degree in scientific discipline
-Long experience in Medical Affairs in pharmaceutical companies (min. 5 years)
-Previous experience in Medical Information (min. 3 years)
-Demonstrated proficiency in drug information, communication and management.
-Ability to apply regulatory and compliance guidelines to drug information delivery.
-Excellent ability in searching medical literature, interpret and present scientific/clinical trial data, and understand statistical analyses.
-Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and literature management systems.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
